Superman is extremely powerful and is the epitome of justice. If Superman used the Infinity Gauntlet, it would enhance his powers and would become a dictator.

Spectre is an extremely powerful being apart from Lucifer Morningstar and The Presence. He wishes to let loose the wrath of Presence on all those who have sinned.

Michael Demiurgos is an immortal being who can do anything and turn into anything. If Thanos meets him, that would be the last time he will get to meet anyone.
