It is beyond doubt that in the last ten odd years, the superhero comic fans are having the time of their lives courtesy of all the superhero comics and the films based on them. Two of the biggest comic book publishers, DC and Marvel, are locked in a fierce competition on the box-office to become the biggest movie franchise in the long-run. Although with twenty films in the bag and many more to come, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has taken a considerable lead. There are amazing superhero films releasing almost every other month, and although, some of them don’t create magic on the big screen, most of them earn hundreds of millions of dollars.
That is quite incredible when we consider the fact that these films are inspired by comic books which are probably the dumbest means of entertainment. Don’t get upset. We also love comic books, but, it is undeniable that when it comes to logic or common sense, the comic books are as stupid as anything could ever be. We love Batman, but, he is a man who puts on a body-hugging dark bat suit. That is our hero, and no, we are not attending mental therapy sessions.
