We admire them for the way they take on the mightiest of villains, aliens, and even monsters and beat the enemies to save the day. The bulging biceps and ability to toss cars or slam through walls define the real super-humans. While there are superheroes of gigantic physical proportions such as He-Man and The Incredible Hulk, if we look at the comic book panels, we will discover a large number of male and female superheroes endowed with extraordinary strength. While that is quite normal for the comic books as they are used to showing the extreme physical bodies possible. Since this happens to be a world inhabited by superheroes, they need to be in absolutely supreme physical condition to be able to perform the kind of feats that are expected of them. It is unlikely that you will see a superhero hit gym or be careful of his/her diet because that is the special thing about the superheroes in the comic books, they have “perfect” bodies.

With the advancement of CGI and filmmaking technology, the superheroes have moved on to the live-action world of the big screen. The naturally “perfect” bodies that we see in the printed pages are not automatically available to the actors who get cast to play those roles on the big screen. The comic book characters are “born” with the muscle needed to carry out their superhero duties, but, the real world human actors don’t have that luxury. They need to spend a great deal of time building the muscles in the gym to be able to look convincing as the popular superheroes in the movies. The Marvel Cinematic Universe is a massive collection of superhero characters, and it creates a physical benchmark; a standard that aspiring actors have to meet. Keeping that in mind, we have looked at all the actors playing part in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to create this compilation of the 15 most muscular actors (non-ranked).
